Try 888-824-8988, Advanced Tech Support, and tell them Error 11700. If that fails you might have to send Private Messages. However, ComcastElena hasn't created a new post since the beginning of September. She possibly is not with Comcast anymore, so best to send PMs to ComcastZach and ComcastPhill directly.
