For days, I have repeatedly tried to access xfinity stream and get the above error message stating that it is currently not available. Is it really out of commission, or is there an issue with my computer or account somehow? Rather frustrating to pay for a service that is never functioning!
I should also clarify that I have this issue while on my laptop on my home wifi, and on any browser. I haven't bothered to try it anywhere else yet.
Hi mograzor. I can help you with your XFINITY Stream issue. Our site is certainly up and running. Are you getting this error after attempting to login with your credentials? Also, if you click this link: https://tv.xfinity.com/ are you able to get to the sign in page before the error?
No- it wont let me log in again. I go to that site and it immediately states it's " now connecting to your entertainment experience", then the timeout error message. I was logged in and got that message as well, and now whenever I try , that is all I get. Please tell me how to fix this
Same issue, be nice to have some type of a fix or to know if it's them. A lot of people seem to be having the same issue.

I have been having this Error ftde.cima-pil.activation-code-timeout: RemoveDevice) problem for a month now and my bill is still the same.. I have 4 computers that I cannot use for xfinity stream. Why are we not hearing more from xfinity and comcast regarding this matter? If nothing else, a status update?? This is really irritating!!! fdupr
