I get an error code if I go into my DVR manager. all my programming is gone

Try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.

I have this problem now. I have tried FF and Chrome both are no go. It was working last night.

Try deleting your cookies and cache and please try again.
