error code 5082

error code 5082

can't view videos.after getting error code 5082 and uninstalling adobe flash as instructed i still get the same error code to view a video on line. certainly this has got to be easier to use than this. i'll give it few more attempts and a few more hours of my time before i give up. any shortcuts?

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

Also, please send the URLs of the videos that you are trying to watch.

I'm having the same issues and I have attached the information below. I was watching Muppets Most Wanted perfectly fine and then i get this crazy error code. I really want to finish my show and don't know what happened.
