when I try and watch CNN i get the error 102100.5. How do I bypass this glitch?

Are you trying to watch off your home network? If so, try the CNN TVGO channel.

I've been having the same problem every time with CNN, HM&M, TCM and USA since mid-August.  Comcast needs to fix it someday soon I hope.  None of the Comcast posted solutions work.

mine happens when i'm using my lap top on xfinity stream. I don't have an app on it.

Hello sirdoug21. 

 

Have you tried to sign out of XFINITY Stream and clear your cache and cookies of your web browser, and sign back in and retest?

It's a week later and now I am able to access everything.  No more "(Error 102100.5: Loading of the specified resource has failed)".  Hallelujah!
