error 900 when I try to watch recorded shows

Hi,

I'm having trouble watching the shows I have taped on my X1 DVR on my computer and android device.  I have no problem watching TVGo or On Demand programing just the taped shows on my DVR.  I have asked for help 3 times already via chat and phone call but was told a tech will call me, but nothing so far.  PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PROBLEM STARTED 2 WEEKS AGO.  UNTIL THEN I WAS ABLE TO WATCH MY TAPED DVR SHOWS ON xtv.comcast.net/foryou.  SO PLEASE DONT TELL ME TO GO TO THAT WEBSITE TO REGISTER TO BOTH CONTROL AND WATCH MY DVR, I HAVE BEEN DOING THAT FOR A FEW MONTHS NOW.
