error 7002/playback issues

error 7002/playback issues

I constantly have to refresh my browser as the playback of streamed content is frequently choppy, if it plays at all.  I get error message 7002, or message stating video cannot be played at this time, please refresh browser, blah, blah, blah.

Please, can someone help??
