error 5xx, Need Microsoft Silverlight Plug In, or Need Adobe FlashPlayer

I can't watch ANYTHING on my computer which is new, I've had it about two weeks.  When I try to watch TV, I get the error 533 or a message saying that I need to install the Microsft Silverlight Plug In.  Trying to watch YouTube and I get a message saying that I need to install Adobe FlashPlayer.  Well, I HAVE the most current Adiobe FlashPlayer and Microsoft Silverlight all installed and ready to go!!  I have also noticed that sometimes the pictures don't show up on my homepage when I open IE and I could not get the Live Chat page to ask what the heck is going on!

Try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.
