Hello,

From what I can see from the following link other customers are having the same problem.

Comcast Joe is involved with this error. Please read the thread and provide what ever information is needed.

I have bee getting "Error 523" every time I try to watch ondemand online... It was working earlier this week until yesterday.  I'm not sure what the error is for. Generally I don't have any issues.  I hope this will be fixed soon! Thanks

Mogure,

 

Try uninstalling then re-installing Microsoft Silverlight then try playing the video again.

If that doesn;t work, look through the thread that reasd posted; many customers were able to solve their issues and you can see how they did it.

 

Let me know the results.
