I'm having the same problem, first it said error 4117 and then 4007 when I was trying to watch dexter. nothing works I did all the steps and tried using different internew browsers. must be a comast problem...at least seeing this makes me think it's not just my computer.
this is ridiculous to have these problems and for it to take this long to fix them. it is always something with comcast, tv or internet. for once it would be nice to have a service that we pay a lot for to actually work
It never ends with comcast. Just spent an hour on the phone with them and was transfered five times until I got to the "support specialist". They were able to take me as far as restarting my device before advising me that they would need to call me back in 72 hours to resolve the issue. Really Comcast? Thats pretty sad. Customer service is absolute garbage.
just about everything with them is ridiculous. i think im going to go to work tomorrow and tell my boss he has to pay me but im not going to work for him. ill just tell him that it works for comcast.
I also spent an hour on the phone with them, had to call back bc they disconnected me once and got transferred around with no luck at all. There doesnt seem to be a group that can help with the 4007 errors bc I was getting passed around to every group there was.
Completely painful and useless.
