error 3192 for diggstown and many other programs

error 3192 for diggstown and many other programs

There are a number of programs on the xfinity website that when I click to watch them it says error 3192. Diggstown is one of the programs. Is this a problem with my computer of is it a problem on comcasts end?

I am getting a different error message. I am seeing a 3157 error message about four and a half minutes into the movie.

 

Regardless, this is still not working and our team is working on this issue now. I will update you when I learn more.

 


This video is now working correctly.

Is Diggstown starting and stopping at a certain spot in the movie or is this error appearing before the video even begins?

The first time I recieved the error message the program played for about 10 minutes. Now when the program is selected, the error message appears right away.
