I cannot watch xfinity shows on my macbook pro. I've installed silverlight and reinstalled flash and am getting error 0000.

We were having some video playback issues the time you posted your issue. This issue is now resolved. Please try the videos again and let me know if videos are now working for you.

I have been unable to stream any shows from xfininty online, keep getting the message "xxxx channel is unavaiablel. 0000" Any one know how to fix this?
