dvr manager synching in process going on for over wk...

dvr manager synching in process going on for over wk...

DVR manager has been synching in process now for over a week.  I have made multiple calls to customer service for trouble shooting.  They confirmed appropriate DVR code in place, box was reset.   Ticket was supposed to be submitted to next level of techs 2x's already.  I was supposed to receive a call both times and haven't heard anything.  This is very frustrating to me....any tips to make this work??
