I believe you are asking why some recordings may be missing from your X1 Cloud DVR. 

 

  • Cloud DVR stores up to 60 hours of recordings and oldest get deleted first unless you change the "Save until" setting
  • If you are brand new to the XFINTY TV app and portal, we only store 2 days' worth of recordings. From that point forward, it begins to fill along with your X1 set-top DVR. This policy may change in the future to store more than 2 days before first use.
  • There are sometimes recording failures which prevent a certain episode or movie from being played back or prevent it from recording in the first place. I recommend falling back to On Demand if it is available.
