downloading movies

can i download movies on to a windows device to watch while traveling? I recently switched from an Ipad to a Surface poro & cant figure it out, not good with computers

Your question is too vague.  Of course you can download movies to a Windows device from many different places on the internet. Unfortunately, Comcast doesn't allow downloading of content from their site on Windows devices.

I would think that since this person was in the Comcast forum they would be asking about Comcast products.

Obviously the OP really didn't care all that much since the original question was asked over 2 months ago, and they never replied. And yes, they might be asking about Comcast products, but there are many available (apps, websites, etc), so yes, they were being vague.
