contacting Ms Lani in your customer service dept. in Fort Myers

I had previously mentioned a problem with my TV back ground being more grey than black. Unfortunately I fell ill and could not discuss further with her. If I can reach her by Email,please give me her Email address.

By the way Comcast makes it very difficult to get the contact and should be way up front.

Hi Paul,

 

I hope you're feeling better!  I'm not able to track down anyone by that name. You may want to call 800-XFINITY and see if someone else can help you or if they may have access to whom you spoke with on your previous call. 

 

As for the grayish background on your TV, you may need to adjust the contrast.
