why can't i view programs via xfinity now-- specifically CbS  CHANNELS- what has happened in the last 2 days?????

What is happening when you try to view the programs? Details are important when there is an issue.

Sorry, this video is unavailable.

It's probably a network issue, so try refreshing the page If that doesn't work, you may have to come back a little later.

It's also possible that this video has expired. Sometimes, videos are only available to us for a limited time.

 

 

i am not the only customer having familiar issues- above is what is occuring with every cbs channel_ REALLY?

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

 

Also, try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.

 

Are other videos working?
