black screen issues

black screen issues

so i have uninstalled and reinstalled silverlight due to the fact that is what the site said to do.. and i figured well why not.. i was getting update errors and things before this....

 

well.. now all i get is a black screen.. i can hear the videos play.. but the screen is black.. any ideas?

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

Also, please send the URLs of the videos that you are trying to watch.
