adding channels that are already included with my package

Just installed Xfinity. A number of channels included in our package say to upgrade our playlist on line to access them. How do we do that?

Call into Comcast at 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 and request Billing..... speak with a CSR about the channels you believe are included with your subscription.   You may find that the "generic" message is indicating that you will need to upgrade to a different package in order to view those channels.
