Zip code change AND wrong Station Listing for the Channel Number

Zip code change AND wrong Station Listing for the Channel Number

Not only does the zip code not stay on my TV schedule, but NONE of the Brooklyn Park cable list choices agrees with the stations we actually get.  This has gotten worse over the past few months.  No matter what I do - close down and re-start, change the zip, change the cable station choice - matters.  There are several stations that just are not correct.  Comcast appears to be extremely lazy and uncaring about trying to fix this problem, as others have pointed out to them repeatedly.  WHEN IS THIS GOING TO GET FIXED????  I am extremely frustrated.

I agree. The zip code channel listing problem drives me nuts. If comcast can't fix such an easy problem, what CAN it fix?

What is your zip code and service area? I would like to further look into you listings mismatch.
