Your site will not stream videos

Your site will not stream videos

We keep getting an error message that says we are only authorized to stream on three devices. There are only two devices in our house that ever stream. This needs to be fixed! We have made sure our devices were remved and then reassignmed them and it still will not play.

To use online CHAT click on SUPPORT at the top of this page. On the next page at the bottom right click on CONTACT US..On the next page at the bottom left click on CHAT WITH AN AGENT.

The best things about using chat are they do not put you on hold and you do not have to press a button to hear a recording that tells you to press another button.

Your question seems directed to Comcast employees. This forum is for the most part a customer to customer question and answer forum. A few Comcast employees do participate, their names are in red, but they have very limited ability to access your account or make changes. Their job is to answer questions not make changes to your account.
