YET ANOTHER "unable to detect a compatible DVR in your household."

I just hooked up with DVR service today (after comcast sent me the wrong equipment to the wrong address and made me figure it out on the phone for 2 hours, thanks a lot) and now, when I go to the DVR Manager online, I get the "DVR Manager is available in your area. However, we are
unable to detect a compatible DVR in your household."

 

After searching the internet, I see that this is a problem that literally THOUSANDS of customers have had. Just imagine the amount of people that are having this problem and not reporting on it. The DVR works fine otherwise. I am in zip code 19107, my DVR is a motorola MOR200BN.

3 days later, still no response. Good job.

 

Already having other issues with my service that I didn't list above. Looks like a switch to FIOS is imminent.

Well, the dvr manager is working now. On to the other problems I'm having...
