XfinityTv online Error Code 3172

Had a previous issue with Xfinity TV online error, that seems to be resolved but now having another Error Code 3172 on ALL Browsers. 

 

Please advise.  Thank you.

Thanks Joe, working on all browsers now and didn't need to do anything.

We are experiencing some issues with IE9 so please stick with Safari, Firefox, or Google Chrome for now.

 

Since it is not working on any browsers, try completely uninstalling than reinstall Silverlight and then try watching videos again. Go here for step-by-step instructions:
