from the "TV Listings" tab, I only have up to channel 081 on my listings. If i hit the "hd filter", a message comes up stating "no hd content available". All channels work on my set top box, they just dont show on the tv listings page of xfinity.net. Any ideas?

Here's how to fix this:
2) Click "Change Location" right above the top left of the grid.
3) Select "Comcast Recomended Linenup" and click save.
Right now "Standard Cable" is selected which is mostly an SD service. You have "Comcast Digital Cable" which includes HD channels. However, the "Recomended Lineup" is the best option to select. If things change in our system it's the option that is most likely to update you without your intervention.
Let me know if this is still a problem after those steps.

Whenever I click it a box appears and asks for a zipcode. NO MATTER WHAT ZIPCODE I PUT IN THE MESSAGE IS THAT IT CANNOT BE FOUND.

I'm having the same problem, for the past week. No content loads, the message is that there is a problem and it should be fixed shortly (paraphrasing), but it does not appear that Comcast is doing anything about it. Entering any zip code results in being informed they cannot find services at the location! Yet they can periodically raise the rates.
Since the online listings are necessary to allow you to schedule a DVR recording remotely, and this is one of the features that is promoted as part of Comcast's great service lineups... shouldn't I get a credit on my bill for this feature not working? I think I'll call them when I have some time and try to get that. And I recommend everyone who is having this problem to do the same!
