Xfinity streaming

Xfinity streaming

My Xfinity Streaming won't load worked fine in the  past, but the last few days it is endlessly loading  "Now connecting to your entertainment experience " with the dots flashing. I have walked away, reloaded, logged off and back on.  Nothing works.  I have tried accessing it from my email page, from Xfinity home page, and from the Google search engine page.    Suggestions?

Several of us are having the exact same problem. As far as I know nobody's come up with any universal fixes so far, and we don't know what's causing the issue. Just to confirm this is the same problem: What OS and internet browser are you using? Are you able to get it to work with a different browser or a different device (such as through the phone app)? Have you gone through some of the other threads on this issue and tried the basic troubleshooting stuff that others have mentioned?


Good luck, I hope we figure out how to fix this soon.
