Xfinity online...videos will not play

Xfinity online...videos will not play

I am unable to watch any videos at Xfinity online. I keep getting either error or "unable to play video, you may need to refresh, etc." What's up...is there something going on at the server?

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

Also, please send the URLs of the videos that you are trying to watch.
