Xfinity app vs tv.xfinity.com channels

While accesssing live stream tv on the Apple Xfinity TV app, I have access to ABC hd and NBC hd as listings available to watch.    However, when accessing the live stream tv on tv.xfinity.com these channels do not appear in the listing to watch.     How do I correct this?

What device are you using when accessing the live stream tv on tv.xfinity.com? Is it the same device you are using while accesssing live stream tv on the Apple Xfinity TV app?

There is some issue with Google Chrome/Flash/Comcast.

Download Oprea web browsers and login to tv.xfinity.com, you may have to update flash.

With Oprea all of the channels show up in the list (nbc, cbs, fox, etc).

Hope this helps.

I sent you a PM about it, but I didn't have chrome installed prior to the new website. In order to answer questions about chrome I installed it and it worked without any changes to the default settings. What is needed is flash, third party cookies enabled, and sometimes clearing the browser cache.
