Xfinity ap stopped working with new whole house DVD

I've been using the Xfinity app with 2 hd boxes without any problems. We just upgraded to the whole house DVR and now the app and boxes don't seem to communicate. Channels won't change, DVR manager does nothing. Is there a way to reset which boxes are associated with my account? Called support and was told it will take 24 hours to reset. I don't understand that response unless it was just to get me off the phone. It's been 12 and no improvement.

What box is it?  I believe the newest anyroom DVR is not yet compatible with the app.

 

You can see what boxes are on your account by clicking on the account tab top of this page and then to tv.  there you will see dvr manager.  Also if you click on your profile dropdown arrow turn on dvr manager is a choice there.

When I go to my account as you say, I can't find any boxes listed anywhere. I called tech support tonight and they idnicated the boxes will work - yet I still have no communication between my computer, Iphone app and the tv box. This is annoying

 

 

Thanks for your suggestion, I just can't find it in my account listing.

Ok, click the tv tab top of this page, on the next page that comes up there is a little wheel in the bottom right corner of your screen, click that and then click manage cables boxes and dvr's
