I just tried to sign in to Xfinity on my Xbox 360 and get the following message:
Error902 resource key not found
What should I do?
-Do you have a Xbox LIVE Gold Subscription?
-Do you have XFINITY TV Digital Starter service or above?
-Do you have XFINITY Internet?
-Are you signing in with your Comcast ID or Comcast.net email address and password?
Yes I have gold.
I have Xfinity Digital Preferred.
Yes I have Xfinity Internet.
I am using my Comcast login. Could the issue be that I'm not logging in as an account holder?
@ComcastJoe - We are getting the same error.
We have HD Digital as part of our triple play (TV / Internet / Voice)
We have XBOX Live Gold
Using the primary xfinity account email address /password because it didnt take using the ID.
