Xfinity Video Player Upgrade

Upgrade your Xfinity Player!

In order to watch On Demand Online videos with "HD-like" picture quality, you need to install the new Xfinity Player.

There really is no player.  You need to make sure you have the most current version of Microsoft silverlight and flash and java.  Do not use IE9 try firefox.  Clear your cache and cookies, then try it.  Go to the tv tab top of this page and try to watch a video.

IE9 32-bit does work but IE9 64-bit does not allow add-ons. It sounds like you are using the 64-bit version.

Please try 32-bit or another web browser and let me know if it works.

ADDED: Were there any buttons or links on that page that is giving you this message?
