I've had Xfinity TV for a while, but just tried using it.  I wanted to watch the TV Sitcom "Mom" because I missed the last episode.  Found it on my iPad and started watching it.  After the commercial and about two minutes into the show, the sound went off.  I tried to log out and log back in several time.  Same thing.  This morning I tried it on my iMac.  Still, no sound.  The connection seems good, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to hear the frist two minutes.  Any suggestions?
