Xfinity TV player ipad

Won't load any videos always says "sorry we are experiencing difficulty playing your video"

Every video it does that. Tried deleting and reinstalling and logging out. Any ideas?

Since no one will help on here... I called this number 877-599-1845. They said they would escalate to a tier 2. So if u are having the same issue you should call that number.

you get more help if you posted in the right section of the forum, your posting in the connect mobile app thread, you need to post int he xfinity tv thread.


are you signing in with the primary account holders credentials?   The app does not work on jailbroken sets either.   clear cookies and cache, sign out then restart and try again.  Make sure you are right next to you wireless router, you can also only have 3 wireless devices on your account.
