Xfinity TV/movie website SILVERLIGHT UPGRADE Problem

I keep getting notification "Your almost ready to watch... Please upgrade your Microsoft Silverlight plug-in to begin watching this video."

I have reviewed and done all in the following posts and still get the message to upgrade Silverlight.

http://forums.comcast.com/t5/XfinityTV-Website/Silverlight-64-bit/td-p/1326065

http://customer.comcast.com/help-and-support/internet/troubleshooting-silverlight/

OS: Windows 7 Pro 64-bit

Web browser: Firefox 32-bit

Compatibility mode: On

Did a uninstalled and reinstalled of Silverlight_x64 (the version comcast recommends to download) and restarted. My preferred web browser is firefox but I tried using IE9 32-bit version and still get the notification to upgrade. Am I using the wrong version software?

I have only tried playing premium TV shows and movies only.

******UPDATE**** got it working

While reading this post.. http://forums.comcast.com/t5/XfinityTV-Website/silverlight-DRM-6003-error-STILL-here/td-p/1319201

ComcastJoe posted this link for a certain version of silverlight. http://silverlight.dlservice.microsoft.com/download/5/F/4/5F4E029C-77F5-4EC7-B084-E7B180483AFF/10516...

I uninstalled current version of silverlight shutdown booted back up installed this version http://silverlight.dlservice.microsoft.com/download/5/F/4/5F4E029C-77F5-4EC7-B084-E7B180483AFF/10516... and shutdown. When the computer was shutting down a windows error popped up but I was not fast enough to record the code/message. I repeated the these steps to be able to record the error message when doing it for a second time I did not recieve the error message. Started the computer back up and tested xfinity by watching Game of thrones and Hangover 2. IT WORKED!

Comment: When shutting down I did not restart... actually shut down the pc.

I am adminitrator while doing all this.

I followed all steps in the first 2 links at top of this post.

Hope this works for anyone and everyone else with the same problem. Thank  you ComcastJoe
