Xfinity TV app isn't letting me sign in

Xfinity TV app isn't letting me sign in

I sign on my iphone, it says "adding device" and then a screen pops up telling me the service is available in my area and I should call to get connected.
I called customer service at least 5 times and keep getting transferred around

  Your account is missing the proper codes for cloud dvr.  I will reach out to your local support teams to have them added.. might take up to 48 hours.
