Xfinity TV Remote App not finding "elegible TV's"

I moved over a week ago and transferred my service along with my old equipment. Everything is working well except my Xfninity TV remote app doesn't display any TV's/ Boxes to control. The app used to work just fine before. I was on the phone with Comcast for 30 minutes yesterday and they told me to try again after one hour or someone would contact me. Neither happened. I've tried signing out, downloading the app again and multiple devices with no luck.
