Can you please provide the following information so we can investigate further:
I alos cannot get my Ipad 2 to work either of my two Cisco DVR's I know that I have access to the internet so I do not understand why this is a problem. I have been on hold with the 800 number now for almost 10 minutes.
I did send a message to Sharon with all the requested information but have not gotten a response. In the meantime, I called comcast and they resolved the problem by sending a remote hard reboot to my DVR. So far so good. Let's see if it stays fixed.
