Xfinity TV Go "Live TV"

Xfinity TV Go app on Windows 7 constantly gets this error.

900|101000.101002.101005 (seems to always be this error code)

 

and to all the techs, yes i have tried different computers and ipads and different internet providers. I have updated and down graded Java and used different browsers like IE, Chrome and even Opera. All have the same problems.

 

I have closed all other running apps and tunred off Symantec.

 

This is with the "Live TV" option. if we watch other shows from say last night, they seem to be fine.

 

most frustrating.
