Xfinity TV Go app for Kindle Fire - Subscription required

On the Xfinity TV Go app for Kindle Fire, every show I select says "A subscription is required in order to watch this content." I'm a Comcast/Xfinity TV subscriber, I'm logged-in, and these are all channels / networks which are included in my TV subscriptions. So why isn't it working? Am I missing something?
