Xfinity TV GO broken?

Xfinity TV GO broken?

Was wondering if anyone can help,  I've call many times no one has any ideas.  3 weeks ago my TV Listing page quit working.

 

All I get is "Sorry that didn't go as planned.  We are working to fix the problem and hope to have it solved very soon.  Please try back at a later time."

 

Well it's still not working.  For a while on demand quit working as well but they've seemed to have fix that part of it.  I get no listing

information so using the DVR is a pain.  I'm paying for a service that I'm not getting.  Not happy.  

 

This happens on my PC, Ipad and phone.  I have my own modem and it's only 18 months old.  Please help.

This may be a reach, but what are you using for your personal modem's DNS settings?  OpenDNS, Google or Comcast's?

DNS personal setting is 192.168.0.12

The TV listings page is now working on all the apple devices and PC's using IE but,

not using Chrome on either PC.

Didn't last long TV listings are not working on any of my my electronics once again.
