Xfinity TV App won't stream at all, xtv.comcast.net is the same

Hi All -

 

So I recently upgraded to the X1 about 3 weeks ago and from the start, everything worked fine. I was able to stream all channels on the TV app whether it was my phone or wife's iPad while in house. Now all of the sudden when we try to login with our comcast login, we're presented with this:

I tried speaking with tech support and they "assigned" a network technician to fix, but its been about a week and still nothing. Any ideas?

Call Comcast and speak to BILLING. Ask them if the rate code for Cloud DVR is added to your account. It sounds like some how it got removed from your account record. Typical Comcast SOP.
