Xfinity TV App stopped working

Xfinity TV App stopped working

An update was released on 12/16 (1.7), now when I open the app it makes me add my device again as a new device. Then when I check recordings they claim they are on my iPad but under downloads is says nothing is there. I am not able to watch, delete, or download any of the shows that were previously on my device as of 12/16. This update caused more problems than it fixed for me.

my ipad app quit working.  it continues to say "adding device...".  i followed chads link and it did nothing for me.

 

i can watch tv on my iphone...but not my ipad.

I got it to work. I deleted the app on the iPad. Then I went to the App Store and downloaded it again"

The app stopped working on both my iphone and ipad this morning. For a while i recieved and error message xidm 400.  Now I recieve the "out of home" message, although the app shows i am connected to my home ẃifi and i can get to the net on my browsers.  i can even change channels on my tv using the tv remote app.
