Xfinity TV App at a 2nd Home

We have Comcast at 2 homes and since we had the service installed at our summer home, our Xfinity App will no longer recognize the cable boxes in our main home.  How do we correct this?

yes both homes are on the same account, if there a way to unlink and have separate log on information for each account number?

so you have two different account numbers?    that is most likely the issue,  I would imagine that you would need to have seperate logins per account number, most likely whats happening to you is only the summer house is linked to the account number that you sign into your account under.    I would call comcast and ask them about that,  I have not seen many who have two accounts and two account numbers but only one login credential.
