Xfinity TV App - Recordings Showing That Were Deleted

As the title shows, recordings are showing up that we deleted weeks ago from our X1 DVR. The app storage shows over 70 percent full, but the DVR storage on the X1 shows only 35 percent. Any way to force an update or clear up these old recordings?

Hi TorinTPG, our X1 team have been seeing more cases like this showing up and are working with the engineering to investigate and correct. You could try to use the SyncDVR option on your cable box or manually delete recording through the app or DVR.

Having the same problem. Programs I deleted in 2015 are still in the web portal.

 

Discovered this when I was trying to play recordings on my second X1 box. They are not showing on the second box and when I try to play them from the web portal, I get an error and they will not play on that box.  Have rebooted three times.
