Xfinity Streampix Online TV Error 570

Error message says: 

This video cannot be played.

We've experienced a playback error. (Error 570)

Please try deleting your cookies and browser cache and refresh this page.

 

Even after deleting cookies and cache, show will not play in google chrome. What to do?

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

 

Also, what specific Streampix videos are you are trying to watch? I would like to further test them.

From what I see your  silverlight version is way behind.  This is what it shows on my pc.  Please uninstall it and clear cookies and cache and update it to the most current version.

 

My Silverlight version:5.0.61118.

I have been not watching movies caused by some errors.

570, 3001 ?  etc.
