Why do I get an error when I try to log into the xfinity share app? It tells me that I need triple play? I have triple play so that makes no sense.

Others have reported that Triple Play is defined as Phone-Internet-X1    HOME is not considered part of the Triple requirement for SHARE.

 

From the COmcast website:  Note: To use XFINITY Share, both the sender and receiver must be XFINITY Triple Play customers with X1 DVR set-top boxes.
