The My Profile web page has the equipment changes to my account but the Xfinity My Account App does not reflect the changes. I replaced a MOTOHDUDTA with an XG2v2-S.
I signed off of the app and signed back in and there was no update.
Is there any way to get the app updated with the equipment changes?

Hi RobertWy, I am showing that you called in about this issue, were they able to resolve?
The old devices are gone from the app. The new devices want me to set them up, but they are already set up, so I have chosen to skip that. But the new devices are greyed out.
I will wait another day or two to see if they become "active". If not, I will go through activation and see what happens.

No problem at all, I did do an account cleanup and refresh on your account. Please let me know If you are still having issues after a couple of days, and I can have this looked at.
I checked just now and the old RNG150's are gone, but the three new XG2's are greyed out.
Don't know whether that could cause an issue down the line.
I checked my TV services on the web site and there is still one RNG150 left.
Is that called a hanging chad? <vbg>
Since one has disappeared, I probably should check for a few more days to see if this one drops off.
I am a retired NASA online programmer, so I am a little OCD about stuff like this.
I've decided the reason my three new XG2's are greyed out is because the app doesn't have a picture for them (yet).
I will mark this thread as solved.
