Xfinity App

I am not able to view my dvr recordings on my tablet or phone. I spoke with customer service and they gave me a ticket number and never called back. The dvr tab doesn't show up on the app, how do I get my dvr recordings to show on the app? I have a Samsung tablet and Samsung Galaxy phone.

The DVR Recordings tab will appear if you are subscribed to the X1 platform "and" you are in a market that has CLOUD available "and" you have had the Cloud Rate Code added to your account and you accepted the terms & conditions on the DVR.  Be mindful that you are not accessing your physical DVR, but the CLOUD and only recordings made AFTER the rate code has been added will be available to be viewed.  CLoud FAQ is here:  http://customer.xfinity.com/help-and-support/cable-tv/x1-dvr-cloud-technology-general-faqs/

Thank You. I was finally able to get someone on the phone who knew how to fix the problem.
