Xfinity App Wont find Box

Xfinity App Wont find Box

Hi!  I downloaded the Xfinity App to my Iphone 4s and made sure the service was in my area (which it is) and also made sure I had the right box (which I do, it is the cisco RNG200N). When I get on tothe app it says "no eligible TV's".

I call the 800 number but no one can really seem to help me that much. How can I get it to locate my box?

DVR Manager is expected to be available to all of our Scientific-Atlanta and Cisco branded DVRs by the end of the year. 

We have already started the site by site activation (DVR Manager requires some additional new guide software and some infrastructure to be activated).

so is Comcast willing to tell us who REALLY can get this right now?  I too would like to have it and pretty sure the SA box replaced this year should work.

I downloaded the xfinity app on my iphone4 & it wont let me watch tv?? It says I have to be connected to WIFI?

You must be connected on WiFi to watch videos on the XFINITY TV App and the XFINITY TV Player App.
