Xfinity App / Recording

I have two DVR's and one regular HD box.  I have a Cisco RNG200 and a Cisco RNG200N.  The RNG200 and the regular HD box show up in my Xfinity App.  The RGN 200N does not.  I cannot schedule anything to record and the one DVR that does show up (RNG200) states is it 100% full.  There is nothing on it.  I have unplugged and reset with no change.  Does anyone know why I have these issues and how to solve them?

I can try to help your issue.  Please provide the following info in a direct message:

 

1. Device make, model Eg: iPad 1, iPad 2, iPad 3, iPad 4, iPad Air, iPad Mini? (Not just IPad or IPod or IMac))
2. OS (name, version — please make sure you get ALL relevant numbers in the version number, Eg: IOS 7.0.1, IOS 7.0.4 .)
3. The version of the app installed.
4.Screenshots wherever applicable.
5. Exact steps to replicate this issue. 
6. Comcast ID
