Xfinity AnyPlay App

I have the Xfinity AnyPlay app on my iPhone 5 and it works great. When I try to use the same app on my iPad I receive a message at the sign on screen that states: 'No Streamer detected on account." ANy idea how to add the device to my AnyPlay account?

well the device must be on your account if it shows up on your phone and works.  are you logging in with the same credentials you do on the phone with the ipad??
